• The exchange of profile and information doesn’t amount to acceptance of marriage. MyLifePair.com is not responsible for any content or images posted on site and any action arising out of communication between two or more profiles.

• MyLifePair.com reserves the right to delete obscene/ pornographic/ abusive/ defamatory or harassing. Further, we have the right to take strict legal action against perpetrators.

• MyLifePair.com reserves the right to take action against those who engage in commercial sales/ activity or transmit spam, junk, chain letters or other forms of unsolicited mass mailing.

• You will not hold MyLifePair.com responsible for any incorrect/false or inaccurate information or any delay, defect, transmission issues or technical malfunction.

• In the event of termination of services, there will be no refund of any kind. MyLifePair.com can terminate your account after communicating with your on registered email address.

• You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

• You agree to indemnify and hold MyLifePair.com fully harmless from any kind of loss, claim, liability, or demand either for self or on behalf of third-parties. This indemnity extends to all partners, affiliates, agents, officers or employees of MylifePair Matrimony.

• MyLifePair.com is not responsible for any non-acceptance of any kind of proposal to another profile. We will not be under any circumstances held responsible for any delays or rejection in search of a marriage partner.

• MyLifePair.com is just a personal matrimonial platform and is not responsible for any step beyond facilitating the meeting of two matching profiles.

• If at any point of time, MyLifePair.com comes to know that any information posted by you in incomplete, falsified or incorrect, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately without prior notification.

• MyLifePair.com gives you limited license to access and use the content of the site. You cannot download any content (except by cookies or caching) or modify any portion except with written approval from MyLifePair.com.

• The content, elements or portion of the site may not be sold, resold, duplicated, copied or reproduced in any way.

• MyLifePair.com cannot confirm that its servers, networks and hardware will be always functioning or software will never have viruses. In case of such unfortunate scenarios of downtime of virus attack, MyLifePair.com cannot be held responsible in any manner.

• MyLifePair.com advises its members to behave with maturity and respect when dealing with other profiles over interest, chat or telephone. They need to exercise all due diligence before agreeing to meet or chat with another profile. MyLifePair.com will not be responsible for any loss or harm arising due to non-adherence to due diligence.

Prohibition

• Any transactions done which are prohibited by law done by the members of the MyLifePair.com, MyLifePair.com shall not be held responsible for the same.

• Any communications done between the members of MyLifePair.com which is prohibited by law i.e. demand for dowry etc., in that event MyLifePair.com shall not be held responsible for it.

• If the member of the MyLifePair.com hires relationship manager for a personal search and matchmaking of the alliances in that event the members shall have to pay as membership fee which will be valid for a period of 3 months to 6 months and which shall be nonrefundable.

• After obtaining the membership the relationship manager will present 2 alliances every week as per the requirement of the member on the basis of the information provided by the member in the offline service. 

• MyLifePair.com shall not be held responsible in case the member does not like the alliances presented by the MyLifePair.com Website within the period of Validity as agreed in the terms and conditions.

• The MyLifePair.com shall not be held responsible in any manner for the misrepresentation of personal information by the alliance or the members of the MyLifePair.com.
